At All Care Home Inspection LLC, we offer detailed, non-invasive home inspections of all accessible areas of your residential property. These inspections are designed to identify significant material defects with specific systems and components based on the Standards of Practice.
Our general home inspection provides a snapshot of the home's condition at the time of inspection, identifying any material defects - specific issues that may significantly impact the property’s present and observed risk .
A Pre-Listing Inspection is a great marketing tool which sellers and their realtors can use to sell their homes. Once an inspection is already completed, no one is surprised last minute and can avoid delays. The seller has choices to make based the findings. After the all clear they can list the home more realistically. Inspections can be like a four point, partial, full inspection or even a single area.
We evaluate the four key systems of a home: Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
This inspection is often purchased at the time of the home inspection or with Wind Mitigation inspections. Many insurance companies require it before you can get, change or renew homeowners insurance coverage. The inspection is a chance for the insurer to get an opinion from an unbiased professional on a home’s condition. It helps the insurer to understand the risks of the real estate they’re insuring. A Four Point Inspection is often required on homes older than 10 yrs old in Florida.
Wind mitigation is the process of adding features to your home to help withstand or increase resistance to high winds caused by a major storm or hurricane. We analyze your home's wind and or hurricane resistant features on the roof, doors, shutters, windows and inside the attic to help you get a discount on home insurance.
We offer full home inspection, partial home inspection, pre-listing inspection, annual home inspection, walk through inspection (verbal), and new construction.
